This policy explains how Skedix processes information when you use our website, applications, Telegram bot, browser extension, Google Calendar connection, or ChatGPT and Codex plugin.

Information we process

We process account and profile information such as your name, email address, language, timezone, authentication records, and encrypted or hashed credentials. We process the content you choose to store, including tasks, notes, descriptions, deadlines, reminders, comments, workspace names, member names and usernames, activity history, files, and notification preferences. We also process connection metadata for services you authorize, such as OAuth client identifiers, granted scopes, token hashes, expiry and revocation dates, and provider account identifiers. Payment providers process payment credentials; Skedix stores billing status and transaction references rather than full card details. We may process support messages, security events, diagnostics, IP addresses, device/browser information, and limited usage analytics.

ChatGPT and Codex plugin

When you connect the Skedix plugin, ChatGPT or Codex acts on your instructions using scoped Skedix tools. Depending on the tool you invoke, Skedix may return task and note content, workspace and teammate information needed to choose an assignee, reminder state, and limited task activity details. Skedix sends only the response required for the requested tool operation. OpenAI processes information received by ChatGPT or Codex under your agreement and privacy settings with OpenAI. Do not place secrets or information you are not authorized to share into plugin requests.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure the service, synchronize authorized integrations, deliver requested notifications, enforce plan limits, process billing, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, and improve reliability.

Sharing and processors

We share information only as needed with infrastructure, database, storage, email, monitoring, analytics, payment, Telegram, Google, and other integration providers you choose to connect. When you invoke the ChatGPT or Codex plugin, relevant tool inputs and outputs are exchanged with OpenAI. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace content while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for backups, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. OAuth authorization codes are short-lived, access tokens expire after 15 minutes, refresh tokens expire after 30 days and rotate on use, and expired or revoked OAuth records are periodically removed. You can revoke connected apps in Settings. You can request account deletion or data access by contacting support.

Security and choices

We use access controls, scoped OAuth authorization, encryption in transit, hashed credentials and tokens, audit logging, and operational monitoring. No system is completely secure. You may update profile and notification settings, revoke integrations, export information where available, or request access, correction, or deletion.
