Email [email protected] for account, billing, security, privacy, or integration help. Include the affected account email, a short description, and the approximate time of the issue. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, or payment-card details.

ChatGPT and Codex connection help

Confirm that you can sign in to Skedix, reconnect the plugin to approve current scopes, and check Settings → Connected Apps. You can revoke a connection there at any time. For security reports, use the subject “Security report” and provide reproducible details without accessing other users’ data.

Signed-in users can also manage support tickets from the support dashboard.
