These Terms govern your use of Skedix. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account and content

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Skedix the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, synchronize, and deliver that content as part of the service.

Integrations and automated actions

When you connect Telegram, Google Calendar, ChatGPT, Codex, or another integration, you authorize Skedix to exchange the information and perform the actions described by the permissions you approve. Review tool calls before confirming sensitive actions. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to process workspace and teammate information and for the messages, tasks, notes, reminders, or assignments you request.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with security, introduce malicious content, violate another person’s rights, send unlawful or abusive messages, or use automated access outside documented interfaces.

Subscriptions

Paid features, prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms are shown during checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods except where required by law.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change or discontinue features and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk. To the extent permitted by law, Skedix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for failures of third-party integrations. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
